Re: why is bread bad?

Man, I can't even begin to list all the ways bread is bad for you. Just think of this - would you go outside and go to a field and find and eat a wheat plant? Would you grind a wheat plant into flour and then eat the flour by the spoonful? The answer is no to both questions, right? You know instinctively that it's not healthy. Let your body be your guide.
