For the past year I've been following a GFDF diet(Gluten & Dairy Free) to manage celiac with much success. I've recently found Kyo-Dophilus that is shelf-stable and gluten/dairy free. It only contains 3 bacteria however, so I'm looking to expand. I use 2 per dose to increase the number of bacteria and it is rated for organisms before expiration date. I have used a product by Jarrow, also shelf-stable, but it recently shared that it is not dairy-free, so I have to find a replacement for it. I also use kombucha tea as a natural probiotic. I have to use it with care as it is very acidic and tends to cause me acidic reactions. I have to use extra calcium when I take it, and I take it in small, 4 oz doses only every 2-4 days.
