Just got IF1 and IF2, a bit of guidance needed.

Ok i just got formuals 1 and 2, im a bit cloudy what to do. Do i take If1 for a week then incorparate 2 with afterwards for another week? How long should I use them for, im using them as part of Liver-Flush protocol.
