The remarkable thing about this exercise is that it takes a person to the tranquility they experienced BEFORE the traumatic events that shaped their feelings.
One does not need to re-experience the trauma in order to overcome it...just re-experience the peacefulness and innocence that is one's original and true state.
More than that, the exercise can be quickly repeated without harm as often as desired, I believe.
I feel this may be the breakthrough in self-calming the world has long needed.
