oh gosh, to get rid of them, besides doing a cleanse, what should i do? Wash all my sheets/blankets, how do i prevent them from spread in the house? i mean isnt my whole house infected now? every doorknob, every sink, everything i touch more or less? Because before i knew this, i found myself itching at night in my sleep!
