Liver Flush and the Master Cleanse

Hi Folks, I just started The Master Cleanse today, but am slightly concerned that I should have done a parasite cleanse or a liver cleanse first. I will need to do them all. Suggestions? I really do not want to stop what I have started. Can I get rid of any parasites with a the lemon cleanse? I know I have a sluggish liver or gall bladder.
