I was taking cayenne twice a day and it was helping me move my bowels better. But I got scared yesterday after reading some posts which said, it could actually cause the GI tract to burn not heal.
I think I will resume its use. I can only take it when mixed with raw honey or maple syrup. Cayenne by itself is very hot for me.
I try to take 1/2 to 1 tsp.
Gosh fixing my digestion is the biggest battle I am facing right now. I am hearing good review abt LBB. Is it habit forming by any chance. I have spent a lot of money on supplements. Now I just want to play safe...
