Re: To finallyfaith...feeling of "incomplete evacuation"

Thanks Finallyfaith for your so kind reply.
I have been fighting this condtion for a while now. And after 10 flushes, and still having narrow BMs, I am 'disappointed'. I was hoping Liver-Flush would fix me. But Alas!

You have a good point that my intestinal walls might be swollen/inflammed. I wonder how did that happen. I am scared. I have not had a colconscopy done and would NOT like to have such invasive procedures. I have had a full blood work done. Everything came out normal. So doctors think nothing is wrong with me. They cannot diagnose me.

Fasting is something which I have never tried. Just fasting for Liver-Flush makes me very weak at the end of the procedure. But looks like I need to do that now. And Cabbage Juice/Ginger/Apple sounds like a good idea.

Vitamin E enemas also look promising as per the poster. I will have to look into this. Are there any natural sources of vitamin E? I have also always stayed away from enemas. For some reason I think they are un-natural. But maybe they are not.

I am so scared. Because my digestive problems are kind of chronic. But hope I can fix it. All these oxygen cleansers give liquified bowels and I hate that. I want Normal consistency stools. I really do.
