Hi:
I have been trying to find a natural and effective
Bowel Cleanse and am still struggling. I have been troubled with poor digestion for years. I am 31 yrs, F, 5'1" height, 125 lbs weight.
Here is my problem.
- I always have 2-3 BMs a day. But still have a feeling of "incomplete evaucation", as if some bowel is still inside me and cant get out.
- My bowels are not very well formed. They are thin is diameter and break easily.
- I get a bloated feeling all the time. Ususally by evening, I feel I need another BM but just cant go. This backs me up.
What I have tried.
- I am these days taking CAYENNE mixed with BSM or raw honey. Then drink it with a glass of warm lemon water. Done it for past 7-8 days.
- I try to eat Flaxseeds and yogurt in the morning.
- I have tried oxygen cleansers and have hated them as they give lose stools. Its high time, I've had a normal consistency stool.
- I dont want to take Physillum as I have heard getting dependant on it.
- I take TRIPHALA powder with warm water 2 times a day.
- I have done 10 LF. Last one yielded only 5 stones.
- I eat raw ginger in my salads.
I have no liver/GB pain. I only have bowel problems, and some weight gain around my abdominal area, thx to bloating. I eat veggie home cooked Indian food.
What can I do to improve my digestion. I am scared to take just any herbs as some can be bad for us.
Do u have any suggestion for me.
