i'm also Pitta-Vata but if i have ACV or lemons with plenty of honey or BSM i don't perceive them any more as sour. What happens with vinegar doesn't happen with ACV, anyway, so it is something specific of vinegar. I read somewhere vinegar could be worsening candida conditions (because of the presence of the mother inside), but in my case I don't think I have any candida, or not too strong.
