With 10 a day I have anywhere from 1-3 BMs. My body is so use to only going when I wake up, just once a day. If I can train it to go at am and lunch I would be thrilled! That seems to be happening most often now with LBB. HOw many did you take initially? It just blows my mind that 1 of those would do ANYthing.
As for the bananas, I had 3 today. Just craving them so bad. But over all considering all the other foods Im having, it isnt like most of my diet is bananas. I had a cup of soaked walnuts for lunch,24 ounces fresh apple juice(diluted with water of course), and flaxseed. My body must need something in those bananas though.
