Amalgam tattoo's and staining in the teeth...

Are these dangerous to your health as well? I have several of my fillings leaking. And the teeth with the fillings are getting stained. If I had every trace of the stains removed to ensure there was NO mercury in the teeth, I'd have to just have them pulled I think. I can't afford to crown them all just to keep them and there just wouldn't be enough tooth left to be able to keep them if all traces of the grey stains had to be drilled off.

Also, what about the tattoo's? I have only one that I know of, but it is HUGE. It is all around my root canal. I am afraid to have that much tissue removed. Can chelation pull the mercury out of a tattoo? Or are they permenant if not removed surgically?
