Re: OP and MERCURY fillings in my teeth. Safe? Not safe?

I have more mercury fillings than you can shake a stick at. I can't afford to have them removed yet.

But, oil pulling has healed up my gums, got rid of pains in my teeth due to exposure to sugary liquids and reduced the sensitivity of my teeth to hot and cold (still some way to go here), cleaned away long-standing stains and tartar build up and left me with a the freshest mouth ever.

I do also brush with 3:1 baking soda, fine Sea Salt mix as well. This took a lot of getting use to. Very painful for me at the start but WELL worth it.

GO ON. Suprise your dentist with no need to clean, abrade your gums or poison you with bacteria next visit!

Welcome
