OP and MERCURY fillings in my teeth. Safe? Not safe?
I have mercury dental fillings in my teeth. They are over 20 years old. (I wanna replace them but I haven't got the cash)
My question is: Will oil-pulling be a bad idea for me?
I had a dental cleaning 7 weeks ago and I got EXTREMELY sick the very next day ....it took me over 8 days to heal. I think it was the mercury and the person not being careful
