exercise is the best form of weight control...
walking for just 30 minutes a day can keep off 30
pounds per year!
The diet book industry is fueled by people that want an easy 'cure all'. Billions of dollars are spent by people that want to have their cake and eat it ,too,only to yo-yo back to another diet!
Cutting out the things that you know slap/slop on the
pounds is another great move/
There are so many great foods out there that omitting a handful of junk food is pretty easy when you think about it.
Sometimes it is hard to battle and for those that can't do it , there are places to go for help to retrain you mind and body. If you honestly can't ...get help!
Junk food is literally shoved down our throats and the billions of $$$ spent by advertisers makes it tough to duck their punches to our paunches.
Watch 'Super Size Me' all you McDonald's fans...
All the fastfood places want us to be fat! The fatter and bigger we are , the more we eat.
