I guess I'll join in since we're all sharing :-)
Current wgt loss goal this fast: 15-20 lbs
Current progress: At least 5
Today I feel: Freezing cold in my feet all day! but otherwise, happy
Yesterday good: I had a really healthy juice in the morning
Yesterday not so good: I couldn't fall asleep right away (doubt this is relevent to fasting)
Today: Today is pretty much over, but tomorrow I hope that when I weigh myself I'll be pleased
My observation/question: You guys shouldn't sound so negative! But I shouldn't be talking, I know exactly how you feel. I had to actually force myself to fast! And for the first 5 days I was CRAVING peanut butter. I think that's a good sign that you need to fast- when you are craving certain foods. But now I'm feeling a lot better. Today is day 7 for me. I hope to do a 21 day fast as long as I can handle it physically (low blood pressure, being cold). But you should definitely stick it out! At the end of the day you ultimately feel a lot better about yourself than if you had indulged in something. Good luck! :)
