O.K. - I read the info and it has two different dosing suggestions. The first is 1/2 TEASPOON 2-3 times per day for overall health and then there is another one at the bottom that says 1-3 TABLESPOONS per day. I did not see the strength, but I feel that you have overdosed.
The tannins have blocked liquids from entering into your intestines - you may have created a blockage and that's why you have the lump and the pain and swelling. The tannins in red raspberry coat the intestines and are very effective in firming up loose stools for a short period of time. I feel you have taken too much for too long and your stool is balled up in that lump. Let me do some research in my notes and I'll see what can reverse this if possible.
