Hello everyone, I hope someone can help me with this situation. I usually drink an infusion of red raspberry leaves weekly. I researched this particular herb and learned that its an effective uterine tonic as per susan weed and others. Anyway, I decided to use an "extract of red raspberry leaves" instead of the tea infusion because I thought that it would be more time efficient, plus the tea started making me nauseas. Switching from the tea to the extract was a BAD decision! I ordered an extract from a website thats sells all of Dr. Clarks products.

I started taking the extract and followed the directions that were given about the correct dosage. I took the extract regularly for about 2 weeks. One day after taking the extract I felt like something popped in my stomach. A little while after that my stomach became extremely bloated. Furthermore, A while later in approx. 1 week I noticed a fist sized lump in the left side of my stomach. At first I wasn't that frightened because I thought it would go away. However, Its been about 1 and a half months and the bloating is still there and the lump has hardened and moved over to the lower right side of my stomach instead of the left. I'm really scared right now because I've never had a problem like this before.

I've never had fibroids or cysts. My period has always been on time like clockwork no cramps,no pms, nothing. My diet is fine. Anyway, I'm really scared about this and I was fine before I took this extract. I tried castor oil packs to reduce the lump but it hasn't worked. My bowel elimination frequency has also been impaired since taking this tincture. It was consistant before but now I have resorted to taking herbal laxatives to induce bowel movements.

I'm really mad at myself that I tried this new product instead of sticking with what had always worked for me. By the way the label on the bottle of the tincture says "extra strength" but I followed the directions that were provided. Can anyone with any constructive information please help me? ***What can I do about the bloating which is severe and the lump in my stomach? Thank you.
