You are about to close 2 tabs

Sometimes when I want to "x" off the internet I get a window that says that I am about to close 2 tabs. Sometimes it's "about to close 3 tabs". When I know I only have one open. Could someone else be logged on to this computer from far away? There is no other computer hooked to this one that I am aware of.
