Re: Can I do it before Colon cleanse?

I actually ordered a colon cleanse and parasite cleanse. the colon one is called Innerclarity if you know anything about it. I guess I'll see if Im going regularly with a week of that and then try me my first liver cleanse and then the parasite cleanse...followed by another liver 2 weeks later
well...that is assuming I can liver cleanse while parasite cleansing? should I hold off on the parasites till my first couple liver flushes are done, or at least one?

also...this question may be too much information, but i have a question about stool.

before I was taking my herbs (for 3 days Ihave been doing DGL/acid ease/aloe vera with stomach herbs/papaya enzymes and last night and this morning I started taking apple cider vinger) I was having orangish/tannish stool that would break up like sand when it was flushed. this morning It was light tan and stayed solid though it was still not much more thick than my index finger. My obvious senses are telling me Im on the right track and thats a slight improvement (the fact that it no longer dissinigrates in the water) but I'd like to make sure
thanksif anyone actually read that and has an answer.

(also, I've kinda self concluded my problem may be yeast/candida as I noticed some as well as having acne outbreaks whenever Im not using time released face medicine. I've decided to stop using it, though, and use a natural cleanser in case that is further toxyfying my system)
