Warning..Part with cash with caution
I have never been too sure about AP. I first experienced it about 10 years ago. It all seemed feasible until the practioner started to sell me some weird and wonderful things so I put it to oneside.
Just recently, a friend recommended a different person who has supposedly achieved great results, all ancedotal just as you would expect. So I paid the person a visit. Sessions are very short and expensive. I always ended up leaving with some new supplement. Even if I already had a similiar supplement he said it wasn't the same as his and I had to take his.
Anyway, last week he said the Zinc I'm taking was positively bad for me. I pointed out that a recent blood analysis had shown a big deficiency. He said , not so and that the type I have is bad for me and he would prescribe a different form when necessary.
I decided to test this whole muscle testing theory. I got an empty and clean bottle and filled it with pure filtered water, placed a label on it saying it contained a form of Zinc. Guess what, he did his tests and said it was harmful to me and I shouldn't take it. Yeah, right...
So, what conclusions can be drawn from this experience. Depends on your views really. Either AP is a complete load of tosh or this chap is 'misguided' in his own ability.
I thought anyone considering AP should be aware of my experience. You may be better off spending you money elsewhere.
Regards.
