Right! That is exactly what I am saying. You will find something even if it's not WalMart. If your buddy said it's booming then you will have many choices for job opportunities. Did you see the list I provided in the last note?

What is the biggest city that is closest to Owasso? I'm sure you could find something in the area. Don't just have your heart set on WalMart. In fact, this might be better to get a job someplace else rather than there.

No, no. Calling is good. Don't feel stupid. Just make the conversation very simple. Ask for store manager and say, "Hi, my name is Kevin ? and I'm moving to town in several weeks\months and inquiring about job opportunities at your store."... they will say YES we are hiring or NO not at this time. If yes, then have them mail you an employment application and get that sucker to them so when you arrive they have it on file. Besides, the people in those places are really nice!
