Nasal Worms

Hi -- I searched the forum and found some previous posts on parasites in the nasal cavities, that eucalyptus oil and oregano oil should work wonders. I'm going to get some now, and plan to apply them inside my nostrils with a q-tip, but was wondering how often I need to do this, and for how long? Also does this kill them or just flush them out?
