Re: Not getting everything out after an enema - help!

What kind of enema are you taking? Is it plain water, salt water, coffee or what? Also how much are you taking in each time? What is the temperature of the water?
I usually wait at least 2 hours after eating or do it first thing in the morning.
Seems to me that you are not emptying out your colon completely and what ever remains probably ferments and produces gas. Could also be that you lack enzymes. Please gives us more details so that we can answer you more intelligently.
