Re: Not getting everything out after an enema - help!

Are you doing the enema first thing in the morning? And, are you doing the 20-min. coffee enema, using a long tube, lying on your left side? I've done that nearly every day since last Dec., and I have had 2 times that nothing came out - both when running really strong Quantum Touch energy. So I'm probably not helping. I do think the coffee enema is a wonderful thing, and I hope it will go better in the future. Tweet
