pumpkin seeds kill parasites (or paralyze them, I don't remember for sure). In any caase, pumpkin seeds do *something* for parasites. Hop over to the parasites forum and do a search on pumpkin seeds. There is some sort of fast that you can do using pumpkin seeds and pineapple.

The Master-Cleanse may help get rid of some parasites, but they are nasty critters so you need to use herbs to kill them. I think your best bet is to find a parasite cleanse and do it. Then you can come back to the Master-Cleanse later.

Several days after my husband finished his first cleanse he told me that there was a ton of rice in the toilet - and he hadn't eaten rice since he had broken his fast! These were Tapeworm eggs. I've got a pretty strong stomach and can handle digging around in the toilet for stones from a Liver Flush and stuff like that, but the day that we got the Tapeworms out, I was weak in the knees! Knowing those things were inside my hubby...YUCK!
