Is there a way to tell that you're hosting parasites?
I eat A LOT of garlic, take 1tsp. of cayenne with lemon juice and Sea Salt , and drink water with Sea Salt & lemon everyday. Also eat a lot of cumin, fresh pineapple, onion, cilantro & do not eat Sugar or flour.
I feel healthy, energetic, alert, creative, and otherwise fine. (with some occassional variations here and there)
Just wondering if there's a way to tell?
Don't want to become an "all you can eat feast" for these buggers,
