Several of the problems you mentioned can be accounted for by severe dehydration, and the answer to that is to drink lots of WATER...at least half your body weight in ounces of water daily! Other fluids are fine, but your body needs plain, pure water in order to rehydrate. You may also be suffering from nutritional deficiencies as evidenced by your hair loss. Eat a nutrient-rich diet of whole foods...organic if possible. You may also need to replace lost electrolytes, too. A good mineral supplement including trace minerals would be beneficial.
There are numerous natural ways to address depression. Sufficient B vitamins are a must, and natural supplements such as St. John's Wort, 5-HTP, and SamE are some examples.
