Once trichinella is in the cysts stage (infection is over), it is inactive, until something like a wolf or tiger eats you.

So, trichinella cysts are nothing to worry about. You are not in danger of getting any illness, or spreading any illness, as long as no one eats parts of your body (muscles)

I know many healthy and happy people who's body is full of trichinella cysts.
Nothing to worry about!
