I would rather not post my formulas on this site. My formulas and instructions are quite long and I don’t want to take up their space with all of that.
I haven’t found that loud noises bring on an attack. But loud noises really do hurt my ears. Even if an ambulance or fire truck goes past, I have to cover my ears or it hurts really bad and I did get a little dizzy. So I guess in a way, loud noises did bring on an attack, of sorts. But not the full blown attacks.
If you are having the full blown attacks, then you probably do have Meniere’s Disease. And while I was having the attacks of Meniere’s, I would also have smaller episodes of waves of dizziness. These would usually not last nearly as long. And yes, I would stumble around. And I also learned some tricks to those small attacks that helped to bring them to a stop a lot sooner.
If you want to talk, e-mail me. If not, good luck and I wish you the very best of health.
