Can the Magnetic Pulser replace the electric pulser ?

Hello,
Beck has said that the Magnetic Pulser (MPG) produces a back emf which providing there is salt present, causes a low current to occur in the body. This current then kills or disables the parasites and viruses. A vendor of a MPG has said you don't need the electric pulser (for blood electrification) because the MPG replaces it.

I have brought the Super Magnetic Pulser after doing my personal research and found it to be very good.
My personal view is not to change the Beck protocol but just stick with all 4 parts of the protocol, but found this to be an interesting idea.
Is it possible that a powerful MPG such as the Super Magnetic Pulser found at http://www.members.optusnet.com.au/~aklemens/magnetic_pulser.html can do the job of the electric pulser too ?
