Moritz Flush is very similar to HC flush. except that we drink 1 L of apple juice for a week prior to the flush. I have a soft copy of it, but unfortunately cant copy paste it. But it's not any different.

I personally have myself not used and Julia Chang's stuff. And have produced lots of green stones.

personally I am a bit scared to use any new herbs. Plus I have heard that they are expensive.

I just try to drink apple juice with ACV in it, take a couple of malic acid capsules as a prep work for my flushes. Have completed 9 flushes. My 5th and 8th flush have produced some really big and long stones. Never had a flush where there were no stones.

I still have ragweed allergy. I hope I can beat it. So far I am going strong without anti-histamnines. so I would call that a slight improvement. For the past 6 years, have had very severe allergy in months of Aug and Sept.
