Liver flush - moritz and chang ?

I have heard that the Liver Flush can be more successful if the tinctures from Julia chang are taken a week before the actual Liver Flush and then following with Andreas Moritz protocol.
Has anyone tried this ?
I have bought the pack of four tinctures she advises to use them for 3 weeks before hand the actual flush?
