i reccomend fresh air and nature. go to the woods or a park or a lake or something like that, do some hiking some biking some kayaking or rock climbing or whatever floats your boat, get out and breath the fresh air and get your heart rate thumping and interact with nature. they don't call it recreation for nuttin : re-creation, to create again.
or do somehting that gets your mind off of yourself. go see some live music somewhere, doesn't matter if its the greatest band in the world or not, just go and enjoy the show.
as far as health goes, get yourself a juicer and some fresh produce and juice away! apples carrots lemons, whatever, its tastey and healthy.
