Re: STRANGE Eye experience today...please advice.

I have had this experience--very curious, twice in the last three months.
both times I was on the computer...after a few hours of writing.(and NOT
looking off to the distance and/or to a green field(just the colour is fine)
every fifteen minutes as suggested -- computers are devilish!

In my case it was only in the right eye -but most of my issues are right-sided-
and it was like an arc on the outer edge of the iris...top to bottom. I tried to draw it in my journal. A backwards C. A waxing moon. It had a quality of vibrating ice,
fractured into diamond pieces: a kind of "harlequin" pattern--know what I mean?


Its colours were beyond anything in this realm. A sort of ochre -but unearthly: lively- a kind of deep pink, alive! - an unearthly ice-white- like an ultraviolet white, a form of deep blue...hard to describe. The white/ice was the main part.

And this strange sort of living pattern that stayed (so frightening!!) with the eyes palmed closed, too. That was what scared me, as I am used to velvet black or deep space--perhaps a dancing form, or pulsations of red sun, but always the return to velvet black.

It lasted for me about 10 minutes and I felt quite odd- frightened and a bit like I was leaving the body through the crown. I drank water-- a bit of Sea Salt . Palmed my eyes. Went outside.

I worried at the time, but don't think there is any damage.****Odd and maybe useful thing- since then, I've accidentally got either a drop of cayenne tincture in my eyes or a tiny tiny drop of oregano oil in there--(where it just exploded up while I was gargling- and, after lots of flushing--the eyes both times feel way better.
