STRANGE Eye experience today...please advice.

I posted this in eyesight forum as well, but I don't know how often it is visited.


I woke up this morning, read a little in bed, went to my computer and noticed that I couldn't focus well. Then I noticed that both of my eyes (even with eyes closed) see a vibrating band (line) to the left. That's why I couldn't focus well.
I don't know if I can explain it, it looked like a half circle line, and everything in that line was vibrating and moving. I walked away from the computer, I could still see that movement. IT was very strange. Then it moved a little more to the left and in about 15 minutes was gone.
Does anyone know what it may be?
