SUGGESTIONS FOR GAS from parasite killing?

I hate to ask about this as it's kind of embarrasing, but I'm taking artimisnin for babesisa (a parasite that's systemic) and I'm guessing it's killing off stuff in my gut too. I get unbelievable gas and it's even keeping me up at night. The pressure is so uncomfortable. I can't get to my target dose to kill the babesia systemically because of this. I'm using GAS-X, but it's expensive and not effective enough. Any thoughts?
