Found this for you

It appears that TMJ is a sign of a magnesium deficiency. In that case I suggest you eat lots of high magnesium foods and take angstrom sized magnesium supplements.
The article suggest eating red and organ meats but you don't need that.
Here's a list of high magnesium foods. Make sure that they are all organic. Get plenty of these in your diet.
artichokes, bananas, figs, almonds, brazil nuts, cashews, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, spinach, and tomatoes.
I read that as much as 70% of the magnesium content of foods is lost during processing, which also includes cooking. Try to eat most of your foods, especially the high magnesium foods, in there raw state.
Also, how come you can eat all kinds of foods including meat and grains, but you can't chew a few soft seeds?
