Hi All,

Has anyone got a favorite neti pot recipe to kill systemic yeast in the sinuses,nasal passages? GSE...Xyltiol...Salt...and also what percentages?? I have killer yeast issues in my sinuses and consequently, the stomach never gets a rest because it all eventually ends up in the gut....
