A great example of the mischief that directly follows once thugs have been allowed to get their foot in the door, so to speak. Somehow, somewhere, the con was generally established as it pertains to what the health/medico complex has established as their standards (their standard for us, that is) for what they consider "safe levels". Try to remember that there are wordsmiths employed in these rackets; lawyers who excel in creative-writing. They get to pen the language and provisions of what eventually becomes statutes, regulations......... or law, loosley speaking. When the premise is accepted that tolerates criminals in charge of defining and applying the use of new terms for otherwise every day words, mayhem is soon to follow. Are you a "citizen" and if so, which kind are you? In light of all that your establishment endeavors to do in the interest of things like your health and security, how safe do you really feel, citizen?

Same con in play with how "safe" has been re-defined for legal purposes. Call me silly but when I think of safe level as it pertains to mercury, the same and similar thoughts occur as do when thinking of what the safe level of holes to have blown through the head is; any value above zero is not a safe level.
