Hi FL,
I have owned an Excalibur for a number of years and when I got it, it had one or two telflex sheets that came with the dehydrator,but I never used them. Like you, now I am interested in making my own Flax seed/flour crackers and and looking for the right/safe thing to dehydrate them on. If I find something suitable I will post it here. You do the same, please?
