I take about 1/3 teaspoon of magnesium sulphate every day because I have paroxysmal tachycardia (= attacks of extremely rapid heart beat that are in my case caused by an extra electrical pathway in my heart). I have read of others that also use it for heart rate problems with good success. If I skip it for more than a couple of days I feel the difference.
