Okra Pepsin and Oxygen/Magnesium Compounds
I would take them seperatly.
The mag/oxygen bonded compounds are designed to do a few things. The magnesium releases nascent oxygen that works to dissolve toxins and render them harmelss, similar to the way ozone restores balance in the atmosphere.
The magnesium's many functions are to transport the oxygen and deliver it throughout the digestive tract as well as act as a water pulling agent to flush debri out of the system.
These compounds also have a systemic action as the magnesium (the little that is absorbed) transports the oxygen throught the system (where it can currently reach) and detoxifies toxins(neutralizes them.
One main consideration for this use is that you have good antioxidants on board or you can damage good tissue over time. Also the timing of the antioxidants must be widely staggered or they will render the mag/oxygen compounds useless for the intended task.
Now, the Pepsin okra e3 is a different beast. The sticky okra clings to the walls of the intestine, especially the small intestine, placing the pepsin there where it can work to dissolve mucous and plaque. There is no need for antioxidents to neutralize its direct action.
Taking these products at the same time risks having the oxygen break down the pepsin okra e3 before it has been able to affect its intended target.
Also remember that these things are done with the ideal goal of a balanced lifestyle in mind, meaning proper nutrition, etc. This cleansing phase is to undo years of abuse from improper lifestyles, not as an ongoing quick fix to continue to abuse one's body with poor lifestyle choices.
This phase of cleansing is to work on declogging the system and returning important flow to a normal state.
Health (physical) is attained by proper flow, balanced nutrition, reduced toxicity. This ensures that all other functions can work harmoniously allowing efficient transport and communication to occur.
During this phase and into the next phases of detox/cleansing, also use digestive and systemic enzymes. Returning flow is key. ;-)
