I am puzzled. How did you "accidentally" cure yourself. Sounds to me like it was on purpose. And the treatment you used is what many on this board have used, possibly without the overdosing part of the equation.

I am not sure how severe your candida was, but I have been treating seriously now for 3 months. I have horrible die off that is hardly tolerable at times and I passing huge amounts of candida everyday.I have actually had to cut back on the amount of antifungal I was taking. I would not even consider overdosing on any antifungal as it might just finish me off the rest of the way.

Sounds to me like you caught it early on. Many on this board, inclding myself have had it for many years and it is deepely entrenched and comes along wiht a myriad of other nightmarish symptoms. At this point the body if very weak. So ovedosing not really an option for many of us since our bodies really could not handle it.

PS...Candida reproduces in 3 month cycles, so it will be a while before you will know if you truly reestablished good bacteria. Enough to keep you healthy. Watch out for symptoms and stay on top of it. And they may not be the same symptoms. That's how it fooled me. They can be completely different the second time.
