Cleansing is one way to deal with anemia.

The quastion is not is it safe? ... it is safer then most medications prescribed by medical establishment ..... it is a way to go ... the real question is "Is it safe not to cleanse, when you are anemic?"
"Is it safe being sick when you are anemic?"

Next step after anemia can be just about any other illness.
Can be leukemia. Is that safe? Is it safe not to address causes of anemia ... ?


Fasting does not always mean eliminating foods. Sometimes, it just means eliminating bad foods.

Diet: Juicing, eating foods rich in vitamins and minerals, whole foods, unprocessed foods, whole grains, fish, seaweed, gomashio, Superfood, liver from organically raisd animal, unrefined salt, watercure, magnesium, ... there are many ways to improve diet ....



But, the most important is NOT what you should eat.

The most important is what you should eliminate from your diet!


You can never get as much good iron and good minerals in you body ... as much as you can lose.


Preventing mineral loss is far more important then dealing with potentialy poor diet.

In case of anemia, the most impotant would be to eliminate "medications" and "foods-that-kill" ... because anemia is almost never caused by malnutrition ... it is almost always caused by overeating of poor quality foods ... foods that cause loss of minerals and vitamins ...


Stop the loss ... and you are cured.

So, eliminate from your diet all " foods that kill " ... and start with parasites and bowel cleansing, then consider liver cleansing.
