no, 13 is actually a good number! Not sure what information I can give you on the number 13 but I would say the universe is trying to get her attention regarding a thing. It does break down into number four from a numerology standpoint, perhaps look at the number four meaning and have her think about what is going on in her life that any of that may pertain to,thus seeking the message that the universe is trying to convery to her.
