A favour please

We are talking about the same article and it is interesting. It is discussed in enormous detail on the debate forum but the arguments have become cyclic and there appears little convergence.

The article strikes me a being conspicuous by what it doesn't say. For example, only a proportion of so-called cholesterol Gallstones have a crystallised structure. Other stones are formed through micelles and vesicles depending upon the relative proportions of cholesterol, lecithin and bile salts. Some stones are little more than thick bile entrapped in a membrane.

However, what interest more at the moment is your discovery of an article about apple juice softening stones.
