A possible solution: apply vitamins A,D,and E (and whatever other fat-soluble vitamins you are worried about absorbing)to the skin, thus bypassing the necessity of intestinal absorption to get these vitamins into the body systems.
It's just my thought, but skin absorption of lots of products has been proven, so I would think that absorption via the skin of these vitamins would also work.
I have some kind of bacterial imbalance, and never thought of this angle - thanks prettysoulful. I'll start applying my fat solubles on the skin and see if anything improves.
