Re: Higher BP caused by age related blood thickening?

Hi  Larry_B  and  tomi444,

I am sure that our bodies, after years of abuse, rebel and produce hi B/P. I have not heard of either of the two remedies mentioned by Larry_B. I have diabetes type 2 and have high B/P. I have both under control for several years without taking any prescribed meds. I have tried different meds for years and have had bad reactions from them. So I actually started by changing my diet very drastically and going on fasts which I still do. I also take a number of supplements.

You can read my solution in my blog titled “My challenge”. By the way, I am now eighty and my blood sugar is around 95, my b/p is in the vicinity of 115/75, my pulse rate at rest is 70.

Avoid stress, have fun and enjoy life.
