Yeah, funny that it typically takes a brush with death to get us guys motivated to pay attention to our health. I had a small stroke that was either the result of through the roof blood pressure that I knew nothing about, or the cause of it after the fact. It was too long since I checked my BP before the event, but when I went to the DR afterwards it was steadily around 185/115 - no wonder.
